Peruvian coffee
Peru produces Arabica coffee with various flavors, aromas, and acidity in the central Amazon region. Approximately 223,000 families manage coffee plantations covering 425,000 hectares across 15 provinces (Peru has a total of 25 provinces). 91% of the producers and cultivable areas are concentrated in seven provinces: Huánuco, San Martín, Cajamarca, Cusco, Amazonas, Junín, and Pasco.
